오션파크로 떠나는 즐거운 여행에 필요한 모든 것
To tie in with the Park’s on-going 40th anniversary celebrations, the widely-anticipated Ocean Park Summer Splash returns from 1 July to 27 August 2017 with a retro theme and exciting line-up of summer happenings to beat the scorching heat. In collaboration with world-renowned sculptor Ray Villafane and homegrown label LT Duck, the annual summer bash will urge guests to recall fond childhood memories of summertime water fun, sandy beaches and yellow rubber ducks.
This year, Applause Pavilion will be transformed into a summer sandy beach adorned with giant sand sculptures. The internationally celebrated sculpture artist Ray Villafane will work with his team to build the largest sand sculpture in Hong Kong exclusively for Ocean Park Summer Splash. Guests will also have the chance to bury their hands in the sand during the interactive sand workshops with the professional team. For guests seeking pure splashing joy, they will be delighted to find water fun experiences at different summer-limited attractions.
As a first collaboration with iconic toy brand LT Duck, Ocean Park will open its gates to invite thousands of lovely yellow duckies to sail to the Park for a sun-kissed vacation. Founded by local toy tycoon L.T. Lam, LT Duck is one of most classic representations of Hong Kong toys well-loved by local people for decades. This collaboration promises nostalgic quacky fun and ample selfie spots for multiple generations – elderly, adults and children alike. Before leaving the Park, guests can also stop by the limited-time Little Duckie Store and take home some lovely ducky souvenirs to commemorate this fun-filled summer. To complement the summer experience, guests can savour refreshing summer-inspired dishes at Neptune’s and Tuxedos Restaurants. Cute LT Duck characters will also appear on treats such as the jumbo-size LT Duck Trio Lemon Macaron Filled with Fresh Fruits and the generous 35-ounce LT Duck Soda Bucket, alongside other yummy summer snacks available at Aqua City Bakery and selected food kiosks.
Ocean Park will be launching a limited-time promotion from tomorrow (1 June) to 30 June 2017, offering a 15% discount for every 3 SmartFun Annual Passes purchased per transaction at the Ticketing Office at the Park’s Main Entrance.
