- Hong Kong residents with following identifying documents may enter Ocean Park free of charge. Free admission ticket can be redeemed at the ticketing counter. This is not applicable to private banquets and evening charters.
- Local senior residents aged 65 years or above with a Hong Kong Identity Card or the "Senior Citizen Card" issued by the Social Welfare Department
- Holders of a valid "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau or the "Notification of Successful Application for Disability Allowance" issued by the Social Welfare Department with a Hong Kong Identity Card
- Hong Kong residents with a Hong Kong identity document visiting on their birthday
- JoyYou 카드 소지자는 입장 시에 본인 확인을 위해 Octopus Cards Limited에서 발급한 유효한 JoyYou 카드 또는 홍콩 신분증을 제시해야 합니다. 유효한 증명서를 제시하지 못하는 경우 현장에서 차액을 지불해야 합니다.
- Holders of a valid "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau or the "Notification of Successful Application for Disability Allowance" issued by the Social Welfare Department with a Hong Kong Identity Card are free to enter Ocean Park and one accompanying guest can enjoy half-price admission.
- 11세 이하 어린이는 15세 이상 성인이 동반해야 오션파크에 입장할 수 있습니다.
- 사회보장종합지원수급자 증명서(의료면제대상자)" 또는 "심사통과 통지서"와 사진이 부착된 본인 신분 증명서를 제시하면 사회보장종합지원제도(CSSA)의 지원을 수급하는 개인 및 가족 구성원은 오션파크 정문에서 티켓 구매 시 HK$20의 특별 입장료 혜택을 누릴 수 있습니다.
- 일반 입장권은 유효기간 안에 당일 공원 운영시간에 유효합니다. 스페셜 이벤트를 진행하는 경우 스페셜 이벤트 티켓을 별도로 구매해야 합니다.
- 파크는 수리, 안전점검, 악천후 및 기타 요인으로 사전 통지없이 라이드 및 어트랙션 운영을 잠시 중단할 수 있습니다. 파크는 해당 라이드의 운영 중단 또는 어트랙션 폐쇄를 이유로 방문객이 구매한 티켓의 일부 또는 전액 환불 요청을 받아들이지 않는다는 것이 파크 입장권 판매 조건 중 하나입니다.
