Members who purchase their memberships online will receive a digital membership in PDF format. Simply download the file from your purchase confirmation email and present it every time upon park admission and members exclusive offer redemption*.
Members who purchase their membership on-site or convert their day admission tickets to an Annual Membership during their day of visit, a physical membership card will be issued and this format does not allow for a digital membership option. Present the physical membership card every time upon park admission and members exclusive offer redemption*.
Members with a digital membership can switch into a physical membership card by visiting Annual Members Concierge. Please note that once you make this switch, you will not be able to revert to a digital membership.
*Ocean Park reserves the right to check the Member’s Identity Card or identification document(s) for verification purposes. In case of any violations, Ocean Park has the right to refuse acceptance, cancel and/or confiscate the membership at any time under any circumstances, and to withhold, suspend, or terminate any membership-related benefits and offers, without the obligation to provide refunds or compensation in any case.

To celebrate the arrival of the new pandas and the birth of the panda twins, the Park is proud to introduce a special edition of the Annual Membership Card.
Any memberships purchased between 1 October 2024 and 9 February 2025 are eligible for the Giant Panda Edition Membership Card, with card pickup starting on 1 December 2024.
If you purchase your membership online between 1 October 2024 and 9 February 2025 and hold a digital membership, you can visit the Ticketing Counter or Annual Member Concierge to transfer your membership to the Giant Panda Edition Membership Card anytime from 1 December 2024 to 31 May 2025.
If you purchase your membership onsite or upgrade from a day admission ticket between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024, you will receive a classic version of the physical membership card, allowing you to activate your membership immediately. You can then switch to the Giant Panda Edition Membership Card between 1 December 2024 and 31 May 2025.
Members whose memberships are expiring soon can renew during the promotion period. Please refer to the "Renew Your Membership" page for details and pick up the Giant Panda Edition Membership Card at the Annual Member Concierge between 1 December 2024 and 31 May 2025.
For those whose memberships are not yet eligible for renewal (i.e. not within one month before or after the expiry date during the promotion period), you may visit the Ticketing Counter or Annual Member Concierge between 1 December 2024 and 9 February 2025 for advance renewal arrangements. Your new membership and the Giant Panda Edition Membership Card will be activated after your existing membership has expired.
It is not compulsory to switch to the Giant Panda Edition Membership Card; members can continue to enjoy their membership benefits with the classic physical membership card or digital membership.
