Panda Twins Fan Club

1. Priority purchase for selected merchandise is available only to Panda Twins Fan Club members. Fan Club members may log in to proceed with the priority purchase.
2. Fan Club Member can make priority purchase from 7:00am the day after purchasing their membership.
3. Limited quota for pre-order, while stocks last.
4. Customers are required to pay a deposit of HK$500 online to pre-order this product. A “Pre-order Voucher” will be issued to the registered email upon payment.
5. The pick-up period of the pre-ordered merchandise would be announced on Ocean Park official website.
6. If the pick-up date for pre-ordered merchandise is delayed due to supply chain disruptions or other factors, we will announce relevant information through Ocean Park Official website.
7. Holder of the “Pre-order Voucher” shall present the QR code on the voucher (via Smartphone or on an A4-sized paper) at the Waterfront Gifts souvenir shop inside Ocean Park within the pick-up period to use it as a HK$500 cash voucher to partially settle the payment for the pre-ordered merchandise. The designated pre-ordered merchandise can be picked up onsite after the full payment is settled.
8. Ocean Park Annual Members must present a valid Ocean Park Annual Membership when collect the merchandise in order to enjoy members exclusive shopping discount. The discount would be given when Annual Members settle the remaining payment of the pre-ordered merchandise.
9. The value of “Pre-order voucher” will be forfeited after the announced pick-up period.
10. The “Pre-order voucher” is only applicable for purchasing the designated pre-order merchandise stated on the voucher.
11. The “Pre-order Voucher” cannot be redeemed for cash or products.
12. The “Pre-order voucher” cannot be used cumulatively in one single transaction.
13. Except for the “Pre-order voucher”, Ocean Park Annual Membership related discounts and the membership related cash coupons, all other credit card discounts, discount coupons, cash coupons and other promotional offers are not applicable on the pre-order merchandise.
14. The pick-up arrangement shall be made within the operating hours of Ocean Park. Please refer to the official website for the latest Park rest day arrangement.
15. Admission ticket is not included in the “Pre-order Voucher”. Holders of the “Pre-order Voucher” must hold valid Ocean Park admission ticket or valid Ocean Park Annual Membership for entry into the park.
16. The “Pre-order voucher” is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and can be used once only on or before the Expiry Date as specified on the “Pre-order voucher” (except on Park rest days).
17. The “Pre-order voucher” will be voided if altered or defaced.
18. Ocean Park accepts no responsibility for any lost “Pre-order voucher”.
19. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation will be final.

^# The Annual Membership do not apply to park rest days, blockout dates, any paid events or facilities of Ocean Park, including but without limitation to chartered evenings, birthday parties, wedding banquets and private functions.​​ Ocean Park may change the Park admission days or operating opening hours, closure of the Park or suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time, without prior notice, for repairs, maintenance, inclement weather or another reason. 

1. The validity of your Panda Twins Fan Club Membership is 365 days upon the purchase date. The membership expiry date is based on the calendar instead of the business days of the Park. The expiry date is printed on the membership. 
2. The account does not include admission tickets; a valid ticket or Annual Membership is required for park entry.
3. Panda Twins Fan Club Membership and its related benefits and offers are non-transferable. Ocean Park reserves the right to check the ID owner’s Identity Card or identification document(s) for verification purposes. In case of any violations, Ocean Park has the right to refuse acceptance, cancel and/or confiscate the ID at any time under any circumstances, and to withhold, suspend, or terminate any membership-related benefits and offers, without the obligation to provide refunds or compensation in any case.
4. Lost or damaged Fan Club Membership PDF file may be replaced with a physical paper copy for a HK$50 fee per replacement. Fan Club Membership physical copy cannot be added to e-wallet.
5. Payment for the Panda Twins Fan Club is non-refundable.
6. Guests must comply with Ocean Park's bylaws, safety rules, and rules and regulations, which are posted at the entrances and/or available at other appropriate locations throughout the Park.

1. Please complete the application in BLOCK LETTERS. The English name of the applicant must be the same as that shown on the Identity Card or identification document(s).
2. After the expiry date of the Panda Twins Fan Club Membership, we will take all practicable steps to either securely delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data only for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in Privacy Policy Statement.
3. In relation to use of Your Information in direct marketing, we will only do so subject to your consent and you have the right to opt-out from such use. You may also change your preference with regard to use of Your Information in direct marketing at any time.
4. If you choose not to supply any of the mandatory personal data required in this Application Form, Ocean Park reserves the right to not process your application. In all situations, Panda Twins Fan Club application acceptance is subject to Ocean Park's final decision. Ocean Park may at its sole and absolute discretion approve or decline any such application.
