Get in the spirit of new year with a great laugh! Whiskers and Friends have come on stage for the light-hearted All’s Well Showtime filled with funny dances with merry drama. Ring in the Lunar New Year with an auspicious feast to delight every palate! Neptune’s Restaurant presents the “Year of the Rabbit” Set Dinner Menu featuring prosperous-sounding dishes including Stir-fried Shrimp with Asparagus and Bell Pepper, Deep-fried Crispy Chicken and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetable Topped with Fish Maw and Mushrooms, symbolising abundance and happiness. During the afternoon, the “Good Fortune” Set Lunch Menu includes Mini Abalone with Shredded Chicken, Cucumber and Bean Jelly Sheets in Sesame Sauce, Seafood and Conpoy in Supreme Broth with Maitake, as well as one of the four delectable auspicious dishes. Taste delicious combination of good luck and supreme flavour! 

Festive-limited Delicacies 
New Year comes with new tastes! Savour the hot and spicy flavour of Tom Yum Goong with Seafood and Rice Cake at Ginger Grill, for the wish of attaining success in the year. You can also enjoy Assorted Seafood Mini Poon Choi at Club Panda*, filled with tasty blessings of abalone, tiger prawn, fish maw and scallop. At The Bayview Restaurant, Braised Pork Knuckle with Red Fermented Bean Curd Sauce, served with Steamed Rice is available for extra luck and prosperity. 

New Year Delights and Desserts 
Aqua City Bakery offers colourful fruit desserts including Pineapple and Coconut Mousse shaped like a kumquat, Raspberries Chocolate Cake and Kumquat with Nuts Tart that delight the appetite.
