    Terms & Conditions

    1. The programme is suitable for all ages.
    2. All participants must be paid. Same price for both adult and child aged 3-11
    3. Eligible participants aged 3-11 must be accompanied by a paying parent/ guardian who satisfies all programme requirements. An eligible paying parent/ guardian can accompany a maximum of TWO eligible paying participants aged 3-11.
    4. An adult eligible partipant who has purchased the programme ticket may bring one child under aged of three to attend with no extra cost.
    5. All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
    6. The programme fee includes Park's admission.  Participants must enter the Park on the selected programme date. Once confirmed, the selected programme date cannot be changed.
    7. The following participant would need to purchase the same value ticket if they wish to enjoy the programme.
      • Local senior residents aged 65 years or above with a Hong Kong Identity Card or the "Senior Citizen Card" issued by the Social Welfare Department
      • JoyYou card holders with a valid JoyYou Card issued by Octopus Cards Limited or Hong Kong Identity Card
      • Holders of a valid "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau or the "Notification of Successful Application for Disability Allowance" issued by the Social Welfare Department with a Hong Kong Identity Card
      • Hong Kong residents with a Hong Kong identity document visiting on their birthday
      • Holders of complimentary admission tickets
    8. The programme ticket can be upgraded to the corresponding “Ocean Park Annual Membership” on the date of admission by paying designated amount based on the membership category. Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of admission ticket to “Ocean Park Annual Membership”.
    9. Programme ticket cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. Programme tickets are non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable.
    10. Please arrive at the gathering point on time. Latecomers will be regarded as absentees and might not be admitted to the programme. However, they can enter the Park during its opening hours on the selected date. The terms and conditions of General Admission apply to this programme ticket.
    11. A confirmation letter or programme ticket should be presented for verification at the gathering point.
    12. The content, dates, and application methods of the programme are subject to change or cancellation due to occasional animal needs or other specific circumstances without prior notice.
    13. Cancellation of the programme may be made under the following circumstances:
      • Inclement weather, including but not limited to the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning issued by Hong Kong Observatory, may necessitate the closure of the Park; or
      • Any safety issue regarding any participant, staff or animals; or
      • Decision for immediate cancellation of the Programme at sole discretion of the Head of Zoological Operations & Conservation Division of the Park or his/her delegate.
    14. Photos and videos taken at the Park are not allowed for commercial use without prior approval from the Park.
    15. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding.
