Celebrate a momentous occasion at Ocean Park: Hong Kong’s first-ever giant panda twin cubs, born on 15 August 2024, are turning 100 days old! A joyous 100-day celebration event is scheduled for 23 and 24 November. Get ready for the thrilling line-up of activities, including panda livestreams, exclusive giveaways, panda-themed workshops, special performances and photo opportunities!
Panda dad Le Le is also eagerly looking forward to meeting everyone as Giant Panda Adventure will reopen on 23 November after three months from 10am to 3pm daily until further notice.
Giveaways and panda photo fun to kick-start the occasion
Be among the first to enjoy Chinese traditions and receive special edition gifts – red eggs and pork knuckles with ginger at the Main Entrance and near the Eco Trail respectively. Next, visit the specially decorated Lagoon Platform and capture memorable and fun moments with panda-themed props.
Experience the remarkable growth of the panda babies up close and personal
Panda godmothers and godfathers, have you been following the adorable twins on social media? Now, you can catch every detail of the cubs’ daily lives projected on the giant LED screen at Whiskers Theatre! Limited seats are reserved for Ocean Park Annual Members on a first come, first served basis. Visitors can also discover fascinating panda facts from our Whiskers Villagers.
After witnessing the twins in person, would you like to reflect on their growth process? Embark on the incredible growth journey of the panda twin cubs, from tiny pink bundles to lively young pandas, showcased at Amazing Asian Animals. Relive all those special moments once again!
Handcraft your own panda-themed souvenirs and enjoy engaging performances
Engage with the Whiskers Villagers in two panda-themed creative workshops: the Light Clay Kneading Workshop at Amazing Asian Animals and the Wood Art Workshop at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Sichuan Treasures. For more fun, visitors can also enjoy Panda Balloon Twisting at Waterfront Plaza. Don't miss out on these delightful additions to the celebration!
To cap off the festivities, immerse yourself in our electrifying performances featuring a special 100-day edition of the mascot sing and dance jam show and a vibrant roving band. As night falls, the excitement peaks at Aqua City Lagoon with a mesmerising panda-themed multimedia show at 7pm. Witness enchanting scenes of the panda babies accompanied by heartfelt blessings, celebrating the gift of life. This is an experience you absolutely must not overlook!
