Ocean Park Christmas Sensation will kick off on 11 December 2017, offering guests a variety of limited-time Christmas menus and festive treats. Both Neptune's Restaurant and Tuxedos Restaurant will offer guests classic Christmas dishes. Moreover, in-restaurant feast package discounts are available for companies to celebrate the holiday with their staff in the park.
Exquisite Christmas Feast to Fulfill Guests' Appetite
Neptune's Restaurant and Tuxedos Restaurant have prepared lavish Christmas feasts for guests to celebrate the jolly festival. Fantasy Christmas Lunch, available at Neptune's Restaurant, begins with a beautiful Fancy Christmas Wreath salad, made with smoked turkey, shrimp and smoked salmon. Snowy Pea Soup, a must-have dish in Western European Christmas meal, will guarantee guests a warm festive feeling. For their main courses, guests can choose from the following three festive dishes: Christmas Roasted Turkey stuffed with Chestnut stuffing with Gravy, Christmas Honey Glazed Gammon Ham with Port Wine Sauce, and Christmas Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Fine Herbs. While the meats are tender and juicy, these dishes also feature Christmas-themed garnishes – mini Scandinavian styled Christmas trees made with tri-colour peppers and Christmas-bell-shaped potatoes – followed by a cute chocolate dessert Christmas Mushroom Hut to wrap up the meal.
In the evening, Neptune's Restaurant offers the Fantasy Christmas Dinner, which comes with Neptune's Special Lobster Spaghetti, a delicious pasta with fresh lobster wrapped in lobster sauce to tingle guests' taste buds, on top of the appetizer and soup. Moreover, a carving station will serve freshly roasted turkey with chestnut stuffings, accompanied by honey glazed Gammon ham or beef tenderloin; while a selection of all-you-can-eat Christmas dessert cakes and ice cream will also be available.
In addition, guests can enjoy the Delightful Christmas Feast at Tuxedos Restaurant all day long. With the same exquisite appetizer and soup, guests can try the Christmas Cheese Baked Lobster, which is made from sustainable seafood and served with chestnut-stuffed roasted turkey or beef tenderloin. Both restaurants will also offer the Ho Ho Ho Ocean Express kid's menu, featuring spinach cream sauce spaghetti and butter raisin cake, as well as two exclusive Christmas drinks – the sweet and refreshing fruits soda Winter Cool, and the rich and aromatic Hazelnut Coffee. With the festive menus and special drinks offered by Ocean Park, kids and adults alike are set to have a joyous Christmas Sensation experience.
Park-wide Festive Treats to Enjoy On-the-go
A wide range of unique and tempting treats will be available at each of the Park's food kiosks at both The Waterfront and The Summit, allowing guests to find their favourite foods anywhere they go in the Park. To celebrate this year's Christmas Sensation highlight attraction – Mine Train presented by Samsung Gear VR, the food kiosk next to the ride, Mine Train Hot Dog, will offer cheese sausage hot dogs served with four different delicious sauces, including Japanese curry, Malaysian satay, cheese sauce and Mexican spicy sauce. Guests will be able to have a taste of all these international flavors in one go! To further indulge guests' food cravings as they wander through the Park, more mouth-watering Christmas-limited-time snacks can be found at multiple food kiosks and Lakeside Chill. Stuffed chicken wings with cream cheese and mushrooms, chili sausages, nachos with Mexican spicy sauce, roasted whole squid tube with BBQ sauce, and double pork sausage patties with triple cheese burgers will all be available. For an extra bite of festive cheer, Aqua City Bakery will serve Christmas ginger cookies, assorted Christmas icing cookies and many other traditional Christmas treats.
